Thanks for asking. I could have named this More Than A Runner. The point is, we are a culmination of so many things: friends, sons, daughters, etc. Define yourself not by what you do, but how you do it.

I started running in high school. I was a mediocre athlete, at best. But, later in life, while living in Japan I found that running helped me regulate my anxiety and was a unique way to make friends.

Ha! Thought you’d never ask. I don’t think about anything OR I think about everything. Depends on the day. It’s never boring up in this head of mine.
